Cancellation Policy

I please ask that clients give me a 48 hour notice from the time of their booked appointment if they need to cancel or reschedule their appointment.

A last minute cancellation will result in a charge of 50% of the booked service cost.

A no call/no show or cancellation at the time of appointment will result in a 100% charge of the booked service cost.

I will not take clients for a service if they arrive 15 minutes past their scheduled service time. We can reschedule the service if wished, but you will be charged as a no show.
